Mindfulness for High Schools
Through our work at the University of California Santa Barbara, we’ve created a digital course that increases focus and improves emotional regulation. This 22-day course is highly interactive and personalized, and it’s available on desktop or through our iOS and Android apps.
Teens are now the most stressed age group in the U.S., and they live in the most distracting time in history. Thanks to a grant from the U.S. Dept. of Education, we can make our course freely available to high schools throughout the United States.
