Michael Mrazek, Ph.D.
Michael is the co-founder and director of research at the University of California's Center for Mindfulness & Human Potential, where he also teaches classes in Health Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness. He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed publications in the fields of mindfulness, high performance, and cognitive neuroscience. Mike is also a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer.
Kaita received degrees in Dance and Psychology before discovering Yoga and Pilates as vehicles for her continued exploration of the relationship between body and mind. Kaita’s extensive professional training in Yoga, Pilates, and personal training allows her to integrate the best of many physical disciplines into an optimal approach to enhancing health and fitness.
Alissa Mrazek, Ph.D.
Throughout her training at Cornell, Georgetown, and Northwestern, Alissa has blended scientific insights with practical applications for bringing out the best in people. She is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Center for Mindfulness & Human Potential at UC Santa Barbara, where her research focuses on refining evidence-based strategies for enhancing self-control and mindfulness.
